I recently picked up a beautiful Neo Geo CD imported in from Japan. I’d like to:
- Replace the CD drive with Furrtek’s SD Loader
- Replace all the caps
- Replace the Power Supply with a new unit
- Remove the Battery and install FRAM replacement memory
- Hardware change the region to USA
